KINDLY NOTE : Cash On Delivery option is available for orders within UAE Only. For orders that require shipping to Middle East & International countries, paypal and credit or debit cards are the only accepted payment method during checkout.

  • Our delivery locations include UAE, GCC & International countries deliverable through logistics partner Aramex.
  • Delivery charge of 29 AED applies for deliveries throughout UAE. For GCC and International delivery, delivery charges are calculated as per item weight during checkout process.
  • All our products are shipped within 5 days of placing the order in UAE and 15 days for international shipping

Cancellation policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours by contacting us refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Our "3 Day Return Policy" is simple, convenient and hassle-free. While we would like you to keep and enjoy the item you've bought with www.KataAndAsana.com , we equally want you to have the peace of mind knowing that an item bought can be easily returned within certain time-frames and conditions.

1. Returns must be done within 3 days from the time of delivery failing which return requests will not be accepted.

2. Should you wish to return your item(s) for a refund, original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. Return shipping cost should be borne by the buyer. 

3. If you wish to exchange an item with another item (of same price) without deducting the shipping cost, you can visit Kata&Asana store. Any price difference can be adjusted at the time of in-store billing.

4. Returned items should be in their original packaging in good condition failing which returns will not be accepted.
